The Most Authentic Japanese restaurant WA KUBOTA is calling Plano home
Asian cuisine has been flourishing in the great DFW area. As an absolute foodie, after getting the news that a Japanese restaurant, WA KUBOTA, just opened last month, we could not wait to try it out ourselves.
The first thing that caught our attention upon entering the restaurant was the traditional Japanese style decoration. According to one of managing members, this restaurant carries the dream and passion of promoting the most authentic Japanese food and Japanese culture in this fast paced city. The Japanese character WA is a symbol of “peace and harmony.” Naming the restaurant “WA KUBOTA,” Mr. Kubota, the owner, hopes this restaurant to offer not only the best Japanese food, but to also deliver the Japanese spirit to all of its customers.
We were also impressed by the happy environment in this restaurant. All employees there have a sincere smile, and are ready to serve their clients with delicate service.
What we care about the most, is still that food, which was delicate and delicious, as we expected.
Sashimi Plate, King Crab, Special Sushi Plate, Rainbowl Sushi Rolls and Kushi-Age; when those dishes were displayed in front of us, we were surprised by how much loveliness they displayed on the plate. We took a little bit and tasted the freshness of the food. We also tried Butter Based King Crab Leg. Although they are a little bit costly, they are definitely worth the price.
We have learned from the manager, every sake selling in this store perfectly matches the dishes the specific customer orders. The restaurant prepared an advanced menu, providing customers a special dish with the most matching sake. We just cannot wait to try it out next time!
