I walk alone by Sabi Shaikh

I Walk Alone

The wounds that you have given me will fester forever,I have broken down but has that ever bothered you? Never…I should have known that your heart was made of stone,

I am still a few miles away from my grave and those miles I walk alone…I wake up every morning only to find you nowhere in sight,The nightmares of my past still give me sleepless nights…I still wait for you calls … I still keep staring at my phone,I am still a few miles away from my grave and those miles I walk alone…I search my soul everyday for a fault that I could find,How could I love you so much? How could I be so blind? It hurts to see the distance between us with time that has grown,I am still a few miles away from my grave and those miles I walk alone…My world is totally messed up and I have started giving up on life,I have quit putting in any more efforts … I have quit putting in any more strives,My heart is now all broken and with pain this heart still moans,I am still a few miles away from my grave and those miles I walk alone…My dreams are now all broken and I die every single day,But still I’ll wish you sweet dreams and that all that I can pray,Sometimes I wish that we hadn’t met and my zeal for living would not have gone,I am still a few miles away from my grave and those miles I walk alone…
